Optical Access Network Product Manager Fresh Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating major project strategies for GPON/CPE products in the local office/customer group: understand customers' network requirements, identify gaps in their current networks, plan WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) project goals for the Turkish market, and develop corresponding strategies to ensure achievement of major project objectives.
2. Responsible for market targets and order targets of GPON/CPE products in the local office/customer group.
3. Responsible for marketing activities of GPON/CPE products in the local office/customer group, aiming to establish and enhance Huawei's WDM brand and product competitiveness.
4. Responsible for technical support and promotion of GPON/CPE products in the local office/customer group.
5. Responsible for the operation of GPON/CPE projects, implementation of strategies, technical communication, solution configuration and quotations, as well as commercial negotiations.
External Recruitment Requirements:
1. Strong technical expertise in GPON/CPE; familiarity with products from TP-Link, Nokia, ZTE, Zyxel is preferred.
