We are looking for an experienced Telecom Core Network professional to join Huawei's team in Istanbul. The role will be responsible for supporting key telecom operator accounts, developing customer relationships, and promoting Huawei's Core Network solutions and value proposition.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of telecom carrier networks and Core Network technologies, excellent customer management skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective technical and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main business support contact for assigned telecom operator customers, providing high-quality solutions in line with relevant industry standards.

• Understand customer business needs and develop customer-specific strategies and business plans aligned with Huawei's Core Network portfolio.

• Introduce and promote Huawei's Core Network products and solutions, including 5GC, DPI, NFVI, and related technologies.

• Prepare and execute account plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.

• Support the preparation of commercial/technical proposals and competitive analysis.

• Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers, and relevant organizational stakeholders.

• Build customer trust in Huawei's solutions, demonstrate business value, and identify opportunities to expand cooperation.

• Support project operations, influence key decision-makers, and facilitate successful business outcomes.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop cooperation with customer teams.

• Analyze market trends and define target network and business development directions.

• Contribute to achieving targeted sales revenue and business objectives for assigned key accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry is required.

• Strong understanding of telecom carrier network topologies, including Core, Access, and Transport Networks.

• Solid expertise in IP Backbone, Aggregation, and Access network layers.

• Advanced knowledge of Core Network solutions and architectures, particularly:

  • 5GC

  • UDM

  • UP/UPCF

  • DPI

  • NFVI

  • Hardware infrastructure, including Blades, Storage, and Switches

• Understanding of emerging telecom business cases and technologies.

• Familiarity with AI-supported tools and network automation frameworks used by telecom operators is an advantage.

• Proven experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on business and technical requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
