About the Role

We are looking for a FSC Expert to support project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and financial control activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate project planning, tracking delivery, revenue and cost performance, identifying risks, and coordinating corrective actions with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in Telecommunications Operations & Management or a relevant industry is an advantage.

• Strong planning, organizational, coordination, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High level of accountability and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly project plan accuracy regarding Delivery, Revenue, and Cost.

• Prepare and maintain accurate project schedules and revenue plans until project completion.

• Prepare and follow up on material and purchase requests.

• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.

• Monitor project performance against approved schedules and targets.

• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly PAC reports.

• Identify risks related to planned project deliverables, revenue, and cost during project execution.

• Proactively alert project owners about potential risks and delays and follow up on corrective actions.

• Monitor customer and subcontractor order status.

• Follow up on site closure after delivery completion.

• Check and monitor site inventory, open SO, open OM, backlog PO, not-issued PO, PAC, and Revenue Trigger status.

• Optimize existing workflows and processes according to actual project workload and operational requirements.

• Support project teams in effectively using tools for schedule, cost, scope, and quality management.

• Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding relevant project management tools and systems.

• Follow and implement new regulations, procedures, and requirements published by the Rep Office, Region, and HQ.

FSC Expert Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, including risks, assumptions, milestones, and key deliverables, and coordinate regular reviews and updates with project team members.

• Collect project progress information, ensure consistency with customer data, and report project status to relevant stakeholders.

• Analyze the root causes of project delays, deviations, and non-compliance with the approved plan.

• Develop and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans.

• Establish and implement project plan execution and monitoring rules.

• Ensure readiness and effective implementation of Project Management tools and IT platforms.

• Support solution integration and assurance activities during project implementation.

• Organize and monitor project documentation management throughout all project phases.

• Coordinate with business leaders and project team members to ensure that required business documents are prepared and handed over on time.

• Support the project team throughout all project phases, from planning and execution through delivery and closure.
