Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant finance experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, organize, and analyze financial and operational data in line with established processes and guidelines.

• Perform basic analysis of non-confidential data, including data statistics, classification, calculations, and basic financial models.

• Design, maintain, and improve reporting and document templates, and support process and platform optimization initiatives.

• Prepare, release, and maintain regular financial and operational reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up and closure of identified issues.

• Support the subsidiary’s budgeting and forecasting activities by collecting, consolidating, and organizing relevant financial information and data.

• Support intercompany collection and payment processes, as well as customer account reconciliation activities, including gathering requirements, collecting and analyzing relevant data, and following up on discrepancies.

• Independently perform routine finance-related activities in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures and guidelines, taking responsibility for the quality and timeliness of deliverables.

• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth execution of finance processes and timely resolution of issues.
