We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the company's compliance activities by monitoring regulatory developments, reviewing contracts and policies, identifying compliance risks, and assisting with compliance operations to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze changes in Turkish laws, regulations, and regulatory policies, and assess their impact on business operations.

• Review commercial contracts, agreements, and internal policies to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Identify compliance risks and support business teams in implementing effective compliance controls.

• Assist in compliance assessments and participate in the handling of compliance-related matters.

• Support the Compliance Officer in daily compliance activities, including due diligence, compliance training, and promoting a strong compliance culture.

• Communicate with regulatory authorities when required and authorized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Turkish civil and commercial law.

• Must have passed the Turkish Bar Exam or hold an equivalent legal professional qualification.

• 1–3 years of experience in legal or compliance roles within multinational companies, international law firms, or large enterprises. Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Experience in commercial contract review, cross-border trade compliance, financial compliance, or data privacy is an advantage.

• Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken. Chinese proficiency is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
