Qualifications:

• Knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier relationship management is an advantage.

• Telecom background is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop, apply, and report quantitative methods.

Job Description:

• Support the development of outsourcing strategies for materials and services in engineering projects.

• Participate in bidding processes and supplier negotiations.

• Assist in preparing and managing supply contracts.

• Monitor supplier performance and support category-based portfolio management.

• Manage the Purchase Order to Payment (P2P) process for suppliers.

• Communicate regularly with suppliers to resolve issues and maintain long-term relationships.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs, propose solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Identify and support the qualification of new potential suppliers.

• Stay updated on market trends and supplier capabilities to ensure timely and efficient procurement.
