1. Responsible for planning the office space experience: Based on the experience needs of the local office space, establish space management rules, service SOW/SLA, and one-time improvement plans for hardware and soft furnishings.

2. Responsible for managing supplier contract performance: Monitor supplier contract performance in accordance with the contract. Through performance evaluations and incentives or penalties, drive suppliers to fully utilize their expertise and maintain high-performance service quality. Coordinate and resolve disputes or contract changes that arise during the contract performance process.

3. Responsible for managing on-site office space experiences: Based on business rules and key indicators, promptly respond to employee needs and issues to enhance satisfaction.

4. Responsible for managing office space risks and emergencies: Urge the supplier team to identify and control risks, and to monitor and track the closed-loop management of risks. Additionally, based on the characteristics of the location, develop necessary emergency plans. In the event of an emergency, take emergency response actions according to the emergency plan, and ensure internal communication and reporting of the emergency. This ensures that when an emergency occurs, it can be responded to quickly and handled in an orderly manner.

5. Responsible for cost management of office space: Conduct routine budget management, baseline management, and implementation of "empty load to ground" (defining categories/defining channels/defining baselines/continuous operation)), to maximize the benefits of the space.
