We are looking for bold technical sales professionals to join our Rep Office in Istanbul. As a Senior Data Communication Presales Manager, you will turn your deep technical expertise into impact by leading workshops and designing comprehensive network solution frameworks across different industry verticals in Turkiye.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data communication portfolios and real-world customer requirements, ensuring absolute quality and peak performance across end-to-end network systems. Key Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical support for data communication products and solutions including routing and switching, data center, SDN, cloud-network convergence, and wireless networks, covering customer demand research, technical communication, solution design, and presentation.

• Lead the preparation of technical proposals, architecture design documents, and technical parts of bidding documents, cooperating closely with the sales team to complete project bidding and tendering.

• Deliver customized data communication solutions for specific customer scenarios such as enterprise campus, data center, or industry private networks, and output core deliverables including topology diagrams, configuration lists, and technical parameters.

• Participate actively in product demonstrations, PoC testing, and technical training sessions to help customers understand product value and technical advantages.

• Track technical trends in the data communication field, including 5G bearer, AI-driven networks, and edge computing, while accumulating industry solutions and best practices.

• Cooperate with the sales team to maintain long-term customer relationships, resolve complex technical questions during project advancement, and support project signing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, or related technical majors.

• More than 5 years of solid presales or technical support experience in the data communication domain.

• Proficiency in core data communication technologies, including routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS), switching technologies (VLAN, STP, VXLAN), data center architecture (Spine-Leaf), and SDN/NFV layers.

• Demonstrated capability to execute independent solution designs for complex networks.

• Familiarity with mainstream data communication products and hardware such as routers, switches, and access points.

• Priority given to candidates holding relevant industry professional certifications such as HCIP/HCIE or CCNP/CCIE.

• Proven experience in formulating industry solutions for enterprise campus networks, financial data centers, or operator backbone networks, with the ability to independently complete complex project proposal preparations and presentations.

• Excellent professional communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.

• Strong pressure resistance and full willingness to accept short-term business trips based on project needs.

• Clear understanding of emerging technologies such as SDN, with priority given to candidates possessing direct presales experience in industry private networks covering finance, transportation, or government affairs.
