We are seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic technical sales team. This is an entry-level role designed specifically for recent graduates looking to build a high-impact career at the intersection of technology and business development. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and direct mentorship to develop the critical skills required to bridge the gap between advanced IT Storage Solutions and our clients' real-world business needs.

You will work closely with Account Managers and senior technical staff to support the complete sales cycle from the initial client presentation all the way to end-to-end solution design. This is your chance to expand your technical consulting capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional corporate teams, and leave your mark on modern enterprise architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany Account Managers on client meetings to understand customer needs and provide foundational technical support.

• Partner with internal subject matter experts to learn how to design end-to-end technical solutions based on client requirements.

• Assist the sales team by preparing and delivering technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Support the technical sales process by helping build and configure proof-of-concepts as required by project lifecycles.

• Maintain follow-up communication with clients post-sale to support long-term relationship building and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.

• Proactively maintain and expand your technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, achieving professional certifications, and reviewing vendor publications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• A well-rounded conceptual understanding of core IT infrastructure components such as servers, networking, cloud concepts, or hardware architectures.

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the proven ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong orientation toward customer service, customer-centric mindset, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Proven organizational ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic exposure, completed internships, or professional certifications related to Storage Systems, Backup Systems, Virtualization, NAS, SAN, or Cloud Infrastructure will be considered a strong advantage.
