We are seeking ambitious, tech-savvy, and fast-learning Recent Graduates to join our IP Engineering team. This role is designed as a pipeline for future technical experts and leaders within the organization. You will undergo rigorous on-the-job training, work alongside world-class network architects, and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge routers, switches, and network automation tools. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the commissioning, configuration, and testing of IP network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls, for major telecom carriers or enterprise clients.

• Provide tier-1 technical support to identify, analyze, and resolve network hardware and software issues under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Participate in network migration, upgrading, and expansion projects, ensuring minimal downtime and strict adherence to protocol.

• Maintain professional communication with clients, providing regular updates on technical issues and project milestones.

• Master core Datacom product lines and protocol stacks, including OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IPv6, and Segment Routing.

• Actively pursue internal and external technical certifications to continuously boost your domain expertise.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Solid fundamental understanding of the OSI Model, TCP/IP suite, subnetting, and basic routing/switching principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holding any entry-level or associate-level professional networking certification will be considered a strong advantage.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing & Switching / Enterprise certification.

• Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA - Datacom) or any relevant vendor associate certification.

• Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA-Junos) certification.

• CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+ certification.

• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems or Python programming language, specifically for network automation and NetDevOps.

• Prior experience working with network simulators such as Huawei eNSP, Cisco Packet Tracer, or GNS3.
