We are looking for bold engineering professionals to join our team. As a Data Center Engineering Operation (DCEO) Specialist, you will turn your technical expertise into impact by overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of advanced data center facilities.

In this role, you will govern infrastructure optimization plans, ensure strict supplier service level compliance, and execute energy-efficiency strategies to accelerate next-generation digital transformation journeys. This is your chance to lead core facility management frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, and leave your mark on large-scale data center architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operation and maintenance of the data center supplier, and ensure that the supplier complies with the service level agreement (SLA).

• Review and optimize operation and maintenance plans for data center power systems, HVAC, and BMS systems.

• Analyze energy usage data and make proactive optimization recommendations to improve overall data center energy efficiency.

• Coordinate and promote the supplier to implement rigorous equipment inspections and preventive maintenance routines.

• Review infrastructure fault reports and monitor the fault handling process and results of the designated supplier.

• Participate actively in the development of data center infrastructure upgrades and wide-scale expansion plans.

• Review the operation and maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the supplier and provide technical improvement suggestions.

• Ensure 24/7 stable operation of the data center facilities and supervise the emergency response measures executed by the supplier.

• Manage the internal operation and maintenance team, assign tasks effectively, and evaluate team performance.

• Coordinate with other enterprise departments to ensure the data center continuously meets active business needs.

Job Requirements

• Fluent English communication skill is a strict requirement for this role.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or HVAC Engineering is highly preferred.

• At least 1 year of robust professional experience in the data center operation and maintenance domain.

• In-depth technical knowledge of data center power systems and HVAC systems operating principles, industry best practices, and proficiency in AutoCAD software.

• Relevant professional qualifications or engineering certifications (such as certified electrical engineer, HVAC engineer, etc.) will be considered a major bonus.

• Comprehensive familiarity with global data center industry standards, compliance regulations, and statutory codes.

• Excellent supplier management and external vendor governance capabilities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structural decision-making skills under operational pressure.

• Excellent professional communication, commercial negotiation, and engineering project management skills.

• Able to work under technical pressure and respond rapidly in critical emergency situations.

• Fully able to handle occasional on-call tasks and flexible duty schedules to ensure network safety.
