DATA CENTER INFRASTRUCTURE O&M MANAGEMENT ASSET ENGINEER (DCAO)

As a Data Center Infrastructure O&M Management Asset Engineer (DCAO), you will turn your operational expertise into impact by taking charge of data center asset lifecycles, governing critical infrastructure records, and driving logistics tracking across mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the site manager in the daily management of data center assets, including but not limited to IT equipment and cables.
Take the lead in successfully completing site receiving and shipment, inbound and outbound flows, acceptance testing, inventory counting, asset reconciliation, put-on-shelf asset equipment records, and asset fault repair registrations.
Implement the site asset management process and deploy modern automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
Assist the site manager in arranging warehouse standardization activities and space optimization.
Assist in comprehensive asset counting and structural work handovers whenever the registrant, site manager, or asset administrator is changed.
Undertake lab administrator responsibilities, taking charge of network processing, environment setup, and routine operations and maintenance (O&M) of the lab.
Complete the physical security management and data security management of the data center according to the company's security management regulations.
Recruitment Requirements
College degree or above, with a strong preference for majors in logistics management, transportation, engineering management, or computer-related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional working experience.
On-site field work experience in warehouse management, equipment rooms, weak-current rooms, or data centers is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, digital coordination capabilities, and rapid learning skills.
Foundational understanding of basic IT knowledge and high proficiency in using Excel software.
Clear background with no criminal record or any history of bad behavior.
Serious, careful, patient, and hard-working personality with a strong sense of service awareness and team-working spirit.
Flexibility to handle urgent tasks, open work orders, and project delivery requirements during non-working hours.
Bilingual fluency in both English and Chinese across written and verbal communication channels.
Must hold valid work authorization for the country of employment, with the ability to process a work visa for Turkish citizens or candidates holding a local residence permit of no less than 6 months.
Willingness to undertake occasional business travel when required by project workloads.

Location: Istanbul, Turkey ( On-site / Full-Time ).
Visa Sponsorship: Not provided for standard international applications, but work visas can be processed for Turkish nationals or candidates holding a valid residence permit of at least 6 months.
