As a Fresh Graduate Core Network Engineer, you will join our cutting-edge telecom network division. The Core Network acts as the central nervous system of mobile communications, managing complex data routing, call switching, and absolute security for millions of active users. You will receive structured technical training to help deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot next-generation 4G and 5G core network solutions deployed for major telecom operators. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in commissioning, configuring, and testing core network software and hardware systems during active deployments.

• Analyze network logs and signaling traces to systematically diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring high network stability.

• Participate actively in software updates, version rollouts, and patch installations across live or test network environments.

• Collaborate directly with local telecom operators to provide required technical updates and support daily operational activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recent Graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.

• Solid foundational understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing/switching concepts, and basic operating system commands including Linux or Unix.

• Strong analytical thinking skills accompanied by a genuine desire to learn complex network systems quickly.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively within engineering environments.

• Hands-on experience with lab simulation software tools such as Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or standard vendor network simulators is preferred.

• Practical familiarity with packet capturing and trace analysis tools, specifically Wireshark, is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of 5G core network architecture concepts such as Service-Based Architecture, AMF, and UPF nodes is preferred.

• Foundational awareness of modern virtualization technologies including Cloud infrastructure, NFV frameworks, or Kubernetes environments is preferred.
