We are looking for bold professionals to join a world-class telecommunications leader at our Istanbul, Umraniye Office. As an Account Supply Responsible (ASCR), you will turn your expertise into impact by driving end-to-end supply planning accuracy, ensuring supply timeliness, and maintaining absolute compliance for a key account customer's E2E supply process.

In this role, you will manage internal and external customer requirements to achieve performance targets while remaining fully in line with company regulations and international trade laws. This is your chance to lead core operational frameworks, collaborate across cross-functional departments, and leave your mark on large-scale logistics architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Supply Solutions for customer contracts, carefully considering specific customer requirements and internal department targets.

• Build sustainable supply advantages during the contract signing phase and visualize operating results during the project delivery phase.

• Plan and provide rolling forecasts for customer orders as accurately as possible while proactively managing project inventory.

• Manage the demand-supply balance of projects and prevent supply risks from all perspectives, considering the global environment, customer needs, and live project situations.

• Manage internal and external customer relations while coordinating functional teams' operational processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction across the supply chain.

• Take full operational responsibility for inventory, material turnover, E2E material management, delivery costs, on-time delivery metrics, HR efficiency, and cost management.

• Manage internal control mechanisms, process executions, and strict contract compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or Engineering disciplines.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Relationship, and Order Fulfillment management.

• Very good command of both written and spoken English, with Chinese language skills considered a major plus.

• Highly proficient with MS Excel and other standard office software tools.

• Professional proficiency in digital visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a distinct plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, acting as a strong team player with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Solution-oriented, task-driven problem solver accompanied by highly developed organizational skills and openness to new challenges.

• Male candidates should have completed their military service or have it postponed for at least 2 years.
