PROJECT CONTROLLER

As a Project Controller, you will report directly to the Project Manager, Controller Manager, and the PMO, taking charge of end-to-end framework accuracy to accelerate next-generation global connectivity journeys. This is your chance to expand your project governance capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and leave your mark on large-scale telecom deployment architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure monthly project plan accuracy across core operational parameters, including Delivery, Revenue, and Cost tracking.
Prepare and maintain accurate schedules and revenue projections required for the successful completion of project work.
Prepare and maintain material and purchase requests systematically.
Identify and organize project documentation needs throughout execution.
Monitor performance against schedules and handle daily, monthly, and PAC reporting workflows.
Identify risky situations in monthly planned project deliverables during execution, alert project owners, find corrective actions, and resolve plan variances.
Monitor order statuses closely for both customers and subcontractors.
Monitor site closure after delivery completion, check site inventory, open SO, open OM, and track back-log POs, unissued POs, PAC, and revenue triggers.
Optimize applied workflows and processes during project execution according to the actual workload.
Adapt the project team to utilize tools for schedule, cost, scope, and quality management.
Assist the project team to get structured guidance on tools.
Follow up and apply to the project, closely following new regulations published by the Representative Office, Region, and Headquarters.
Prepare the project plan, including the risks and assumptions, and arrange for key members of the project team to review and update the plan.
Collect project progress information, ensure consistency with the customer's data, and report progress transparently to the stakeholders.
Analyze the reasons for progress delay and plan non-compliance, formulating effective counter-measures.
Develop the plan execution management rules for the project team to standardize workflows.
Be responsible for Project Management tools and IT platform readiness assessment solution integration and assurance for implementation.
Organize, execute, and monitor comprehensive project documentation management.
Arrange for the business leaders of the project team to develop and hand over business documents in a timely manner.
Support all Project phases to ensure proper project documentation is completed and organized to support project closure activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, with a preference for Industrial Engineering or Electronic Engineering disciplines.
Prior experience in Telecommunication Operation & Management or relevant work experience is an advantage.
Strong decision-making capabilities in organization, management, planning, communication capability, and personal accountability.
High proficiency in using all types of Microsoft Office applications.
