SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will protect our business ecosystem, navigate complex information and communications technology (ICT) legal challenges, and ensure process alignment to accelerate next-generation connectivity journeys. This is your chance to lead structural legal enablement, collaborate with cross-functional executive divisions, and leave your mark on large-scale compliance architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal support and expert advice on complex ICT legal issues, meticulously assessing and handling structural risks for corporate governance, operations, and transactions.
Draft and refine critical legal documents, including commercial contracts, corporate statements, agreements, and other official legal instruments.
Support high-stakes negotiations and communications directly with clients, vendors, partners, and other key corporate stakeholders.
Ensure absolute compliance across all operations with internal control mechanisms, statutory regulations, and other essential formalities.
Keep up with real-time legal developments and changes across all relevant areas of law, actively contributing to the continuous enhancement of the corporate legal function's knowledge base.
Requirements
Education: Graduated from a well-known law school.
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of robust working experience specifically as a Legal Counsel within the ICT and Digital fields.
Industry Knowledge: Deep, comprehensive understanding of the ICT industry dynamics and digital business frameworks.
Core Competencies: Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills to govern high-volume legal requests.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across all enterprise levels.
Language Fluency: Highly proficient in both spoken and written English for global reporting and structural drafting.
Preferred Asset: A deep, verified understanding of the data protection and privacy area is a plus.
