We are looking for bold professionals to join a world-class telecommunications leader, where you’ll turn your expertise into impact by driving mission-critical project control, tracking project delivery accuracy, and supporting wide-scale operational success.
As a Project Controller, you will report directly to the Project Manager, Controller Manager, and the PMO, taking charge of end-to-end framework accuracy to accelerate next-generation global connectivity journeys. This is your chance to expand your project governance capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and leave your mark on large-scale telecom deployment architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure monthly project plan accuracy across core operational parameters, including Delivery, Revenue, and Cost tracking.
Prepare and maintain accurate project schedules and revenue projections required for the successful completion of project tasks.
Prepare and govern project materials and purchase requests systematically.
Identify, organize, execute, and monitor comprehensive project documentation management across all execution cycles.
Track real-time performance against schedules, managing daily and monthly PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate) reporting workflows.
Identify high-risk situations in monthly planned project deliverables (Delivery, Revenue, Cost) during execution, proactively alerting project owners to implement corrective actions and resolve plan variances.
Monitor order statuses closely for both customers and subcontractors.
Oversee site closure procedures after delivery completion, including checking site inventories, opening Service Orders (SO) and Operation Management (OM) tasks, tracking backlog/unissued POs, and managing PAC revenue triggers.
Optimize workflows and processes during live project execution based on actual operational workloads.
Adapt and guide the project team in using core tools for schedule, cost, scope, and quality management.
Follow up on and apply new regulations published by the Representative Office, Regional Hubs, and Headquarters closely.
Develop comprehensive project plans (incorporating risks and assumptions) and arrange for key project team members to review and update them continuously.
Collect project progress details, ensure data consistency with customer records, and report status progress transparently to all stakeholders.
Analyze the root causes of progress delays or plan non-compliance, formulating effective counter-measures.
Establish plan execution management rules for the project team to standardize workflows.
Take full responsibility for Project Management tools and IT platform readiness assessments, including solution integration and implementation assurance.
Coordinate with business leaders within the project team to ensure the timely development and handover of critical business documents.
Provide robust support across all project phases to ensure proper document organization for seamless project closure activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, with a strong preference given to Industrial Engineering or Electronics Engineering disciplines.
Prior experience in Telecommunication Operation & Management or relevant large-scale project coordination fields is a distinct advantage.
Strong foundational Project Management skills with a solid understanding of structural tracking frameworks.
