We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to coordinate Warehouse and Logistics operations, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective 3PL management.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that Warehouse and Logistics activities comply with company policies, local legislation, Security and EHS standards, and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The position will also play a key role in supplier management, KPI monitoring, audit follow-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Warehouse and Logistics operations, ensuring that all activities comply with company regulations, project requirements, and local legislation.

• Ensure that 3PL suppliers complete operational activities and related documentation accurately and on time, in line with agreed SLAs.

• Ensure full compliance of Warehouse and Logistics operations with Security, EHS, and legal requirements.

• Manage relationships with 3PL suppliers and internal stakeholders, following established communication and escalation procedures.

• Monitor and manage 3PL performance, departmental KPIs, and operational targets.

• Support the achievement of departmental goals through effective operational planning, performance monitoring, and stakeholder management.

• Conduct and report audit results, identify operational pain points and improvement areas, and propose practical solutions.

• Define and follow up on corrective action plans, ensuring timely progress and resolution.

• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, process effectiveness, and business controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a similar role.

• Experience in managing and coordinating 3PL / logistics service providers.

• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, operational controls, and supplier management.

• Experience with KPI monitoring, SLA management, audits, and performance reporting.

• Good knowledge of local logistics regulations and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to identify operational issues, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
