LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

As a Logistics Specialist, you will coordinate end-to-end warehouse operations, govern third-party logistics (3PL) performance, and ensure strict compliance with international corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring all project workflows comply seamlessly with company regulations and local legislation.
Oversee 3PL supplier performance closely, guaranteeing that all operational tasks, shipments, and related documentation are completed accurately and on time in strict accordance with SLAs.
Enforce corporate Security and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management standards, ensuring full alignment across all logistics and handling fields.
Manage professional relationships with suppliers and internal customers, utilizing established communication channels and strategic escalation matrices.
Monitor and report critical departmental KPIs, driving data-backed performance strategies to achieve organizational logistics goals.
Lead operational audits, identify supply chain pain points, formulate proactive solutions, define clear action plans, and track progress to drive continuous improvement in business control and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related technical/commercial fields.
Proven experience (typically 2 to 4+ years) in logistics operations, warehouse coordination, or supply chain fulfillment.
Strong hands-on experience in 3PL supplier management, SLA monitoring, and performance KPI tracking.
Thorough understanding of logistics safety protocols, customs compliance themes, or EHS management guidelines.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing corrective action plans.
Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and standard enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.
Full professional fluency in English is required for corporate reporting and alignment.
