As a Logistics Specialist, you will coordinate end-to-end warehouse operations, govern third-party logistics (3PL) performance, and ensure strict compliance with international corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring all project workflows comply seamlessly with company regulations and local legislation.

• Oversee 3PL supplier performance closely, guaranteeing that all operational tasks, shipments, and related documentation are completed accurately and on time in strict accordance with SLAs.

• Enforce corporate Security and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management standards, ensuring full alignment across all logistics and handling fields.

• Manage professional relationships with suppliers and internal customers, utilizing established communication channels and strategic escalation matrices.

• Monitor and report critical departmental KPIs, driving data-backed performance strategies to achieve organizational logistics goals.

• Lead operational audits, identify supply chain pain points, formulate proactive solutions, define clear action plans, and track progress to drive continuous improvement in business control and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related technical/commercial fields.

• Proven experience (typically 2 to 4+ years) in logistics operations, warehouse coordination, or supply chain fulfillment.

• Strong hands-on experience in 3PL supplier management, SLA monitoring, and performance KPI tracking.

• Thorough understanding of logistics safety protocols, customs compliance themes, or EHS management guidelines.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing corrective action plans.

• Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and standard enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.

• Full professional fluency in English is required for corporate reporting and alignment.
