As a Human Resources Business Partner (Chinese Speaker), you will serve as a strategic partner to business groups, providing comprehensive HR leadership across recruitment, performance management, talent development, and organizational optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary single point of contact for employees and managers within assigned business groups to deliver streamlined HR guidance.
Manage complex, cross-functional HR projects and strategic organizational transformation initiatives from conception to closure.
Personally drive full-cycle recruitment to identify, attract, and onboard high-caliber key talents for the business unit.
Facilitate and advise the management team, engineering optimal solutions for employee relations, team dynamics, and engagement.
Act as a performance improvement driver, cultivating proactive organizational changes and elevating overall people management frameworks.
Design and maintain organizational vitality charts that continuously reflect, measure, and enhance the performance metrics of the business unit.
Formulate robust succession plans for key talent pools and critical operational positions to strengthen future workforce capabilities.
Critically evaluate and optimize organizational structures within the business group to foster maximum corporate agility and alignment.
Collaborate actively as a core member of the HR Management Team to sync corporate people strategies with long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related technical/commercial fields.
Minimum of 3 years of robust experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or within high-level functional HR management roles.
Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (minimum HSK Level 4 or equivalent spoken and written capability) is required to successfully facilitate cross-regional stakeholder management.
Deep foundational knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and corporate legal compliance standards.
Strong capability in Project Management and Change Management methodologies.
Highly developed business acumen accompanied by exceptional time management and priorities-handling skills.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, analytical-thinking, and structural problem-solving capabilities.
Full professional fluency in English is required.

Language Clause: This position requires bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
