As an Account Supply Chain Responsible, you will design and execute end-to-end supply solutions that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and seamless delivery for key global accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end supply solutions for customer contracts, integrating specific client requirements with internal operational targets to build a strong strategic advantage during the signing and delivery phases.

• Plan and generate accurate rolling forecasts for customer orders and proactively manage key project inventories.

• Balance demand and supply dynamics across multiple projects, identifying and preventing potential supply risks considering global environment shifts.

• Manage internal and external customer relationships, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to maximize supply chain client satisfaction.

• Take ownership of core operational metrics, including inventory optimization, material turnover, end-to-end material management, delivery costs, and on-time delivery performance.

• Ensure strict compliance with internal control mechanisms, corporate processes, contract compliance requirements, and international trade regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or related technical/commercial fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Relationship Management, or Order Fulfillment operations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office productivity suites (experience with digital visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a strong plus).

• Strong analytical, solution-oriented mind with exceptional organizational and task-driven problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills; a resilient team player who thrives under flexible working hours and new challenges.

• Full professional fluency in English is required (proficiency in Chinese is a distinct advantage).

• Military service completed for male candidates.
