As an Access Product Manager, you will drive strategic market growth and deliver industry-level GPON/CPE solutions that accelerate global connectivity journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate robust strategies for major projects involving GPON/CPE products within assigned customer groups and representative office accounts.

• Analyze customer networks deeply to understand their specific requirements, identify infrastructure gaps, and plan operational objectives for the market.

• Set and manage market and order targets for the GPON/CPE product portfolio to ensure the successful achievement of major project goals.

• Lead marketing activities and technical promotions to establish, enhance, and sustain brand presence and product competitiveness.

• Provide high-level technical support and conduct technical exchanges directly with key stakeholders.

• Oversee end-to-end project operations, including strategy implementation, solution configuration, quotation, and high-stakes business negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Access Networks, with a proven track record in Access Network maintenance or product market development.

• Strong technical expertise in GPON and CPE technologies.

• Familiarity with industry-standard products and vendor portfolios (such as TP-Link, Nokia, Zyxel, etc.) is preferred.

• Broad understanding of optical/transport technologies (such as WDM) and network architecture design is an asset.

• Outstanding technical communication, presentation, and business negotiation skills.

• Full professional fluency in English is required.
